Capital Typing - Transcription - Data Entry - Customer Service - Translation

Capital Typing
http://employment.capitaltyping.com/

I came across a reference to this employer and decided to check it out. Now, when I learned of it, it seemed to specialize in transcription services. However, the company's website lists a lot of other outsourced activities, so I'm guessing they upgraded (I was reading over a year old info) -

"Capital Typing is currently seeking qualified people to offer professional business services to our clients. Capital Typing is an outsourcing company providing premium value outsourcing services and virtual office support. In today’s information age, virtual office services represent the cutting edge of cost-efficient, quality office support; and Capital Typing is one of the fore-runners in the industry. Our services include:
  • Secretarial Services and Office Administration - Think of Capital Typing as your own virtual secretary. We provide administrative office support for individuals, professionals, SME’s and large corporations.
  • Transcription Services - Medical Transcription and Dictation Services, Legal Transcription, General Transcription, Closed Captioning, Movie Transcripts, TV Show Transcripts and much more.
  • Data Entry - Data Extraction, Research Services, Database Development and Management, Direct Mailing Lists, Marketing Mailing Lists, and more.
  • Online Customer Support - Our professional Customer Service Representatives are experienced in Email Response Management, Live Customer Support, Live Chat, and virtually every element of good customer care.
  • Language Translation Service - Speak to clients and customers in their own language. We offer translation service as well as transcription and customer support in Spanish, French and German as well as in English."
With all that being said, Capital Typing doesn't seem to list much potential employee related information on it's site. I know from doing research that they do hire, but they seem either slow with responses or very selective. And I hear they don't pay too great, but ya gotta go where the money is. So go ahead and send in your resume or call them 1 (800) 784 - 9402...or both, if it sounds of any interest. And PLEASE report back here with your experience, I'm curious :)

However, the careers page lists instructions for other countries as well. But it focuses on the US and Canada :)

Currently there are 2 work at home job listings for the US on their site. As I understand it, this can be updated from time to time with different positions. But this company is ALWAYS hiring work from home agents so don't worry about missing an opp.
