• Standard telephone line. (must not have Privacy Protection)
• High Speed Internet Service. (256K minimum)
• Corded/cordless phone with a noise canceling headset.
• PC compatible computer system (no MACs). Minimum PIII 800mhz and 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended).
• Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating system.
• Anti-virus software.
• Microphone and speakers (or headset containing both).
• Desk / Chair.
